အမဲသားၾကိတ္သား ( ၂၀၀ ဂရမ္) ကို ၾကက္ဥတစ္လံုး၊ဆား လက္ဘက္ရည္ဇြန္း ၁ဇြန္း၊ ေၿပာင္းဖူးမွဳန္႔ လက္ဘက္ရည္ ဇြန္း ၂ဇြန္း။ ဂ်င္း ၊ၾကက္သြန္ၿဖဴ ၾကိတ္ၿပီးသား စားပြဲဇြန္းတစ္ဇြန္း နဲ႔သမေအာင္ေရာနယ္ပါတယ္။ ၿပီးရင္ အလံုးေသးေသးေလးေတြလံုးထားလုိက္ပါ။
ၾကက္သြန္ၿဖဴ၊ နီ၊ ဂ်င္းကို ဆီသတ္ပါမယ္။ ႏြမ္းလာရင္ ငရုပ္သီးအေရာင္တင္ စားပြဲဇြန္းတစ္ဇြန္း၊ ခရမ္းခ်ဥ္သီး အရြယ္ေတာ္တစ္လံုး (ပါးပါးေလးေတြလွီးထား) နဲ႔ ခုနကအမဲသားလံုးေလးေတြထည္႔၊ ငံပ်ာရည္ထည္႔၊ အေပါ႔အငံၿမည္း ၿပီး ဆီၿပန္ရင္စားလုိ႔ရပါၿပီ။
These delicious home made beef balls were prepared by my SIL for our lunch yesterday. Though we used frozen minced meat, it is still yummy. It will be the best if you can use "the fresh" meat. You must try it out .Highly recommended :-D.
Here are the ingredients.
Mix all the ingredients and transform them into small balls. Set it aside.
Now we are going to prepare the sauce/gravy to go with the balls.
Heat up the oil in the frying pan. Add in ginger and garlic first followed by chopped onions. Leave it for about 3 mins. Add in chilli powder/fish sauce and stir it well. Lastly, add in tomato and beef balls together. Add in a little bit of water and cook until the oil start to float (Stir in between). It is now ready to serve. Enjoy!

- 1 large egg
