ေခ်ာကလက္သီးစံုကိတ္ (Chocolate Fruit Cake)


မေန႔က အိမ္မွာ မုန္႔ကုန္ေနလုိ႔လုပ္လုိက္တဲ႔ အေဖ႔အတြက္ Fruit Cake ေလးပါ။ အေဖက ကိတ္မုန္႔ဆုိရင္ အညိဳေရာင္ကိတ္မွ စားလုိ႔ မူလပံုစံ Fruit Cake နဲ႔ ခြဲထြက္ၿပီး ေခ်ာကလက္ Fruit Cake လုပ္လုိက္ပါတယ္။ သစ္သီးအတြက္ကို သစ္သီးေၿခာက္ေတြကိုပဲသံုးပါတယ္။ ဒီမွာေတာ႔ မုန္႔ပစၥည္းေရာင္းတဲ႔ဆုိင္မွာ သစ္သီးေၿခာက္အစံုကို အသင္႔သံုးလုိ႔ရေအာင္ အထုပ္ကေလးေတြနဲ႔ေရာင္းလုိ႔ အဲဒါပဲထည္႔လုိက္ပါတယ္။ သစ္သီးေၿခာက္ကို ကိုယ္႔ဘာသာကိုယ္ၿပင္စရာ မလုိေတာ႔ ၿမန္တာေပါ႔ေနာ္။

လုပ္နည္းကေတာ႔ အရင္တုန္းကလုိပါပဲ။ ၿပန္ကူးထည္႔ေပးလုိက္တယ္။ ပိုလာတာဆိုလုိ႔ သစ္သီးေၿခာက္ထည္႔ေမႊလုိက္တာပဲ ရွိတာပါ။ သိပ္မခ်ိဳပဲTea Time ေသာက္လုိ႔ေကာင္းတဲ႔ ကိတ္မုန္႔ေလးပါ။

Cake Batter
  • 200 grams all purpose flour + 2tbsp of Cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 113 grams unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 180 grams castor white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • some dry fruits
Method

  1. Sift together the flour,cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside
  2. Cream the butter with the sugar until light and fluffy.Scrape down the sides of the bowl and then beat in the vanilla extract.
  3. Add the egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
  4. Fold in the flour mixture (in three additions), alternately with the milk (in two additions), ending with the dry ingredients.
  5. In a clean bowl, whisk the egg whites with the cream of tartar just until the whites hold a firm peak.
  6. With a large spatula, gently fold the beaten egg whites into the cake batter in two additions. Then gently add in mixed fruits.
  7. Pour the batter into the cake pan, smoothing the top. Bake in preheated 160 degree oven for 45 minutes,or a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean
  8. Remove from oven and place on a wire rack to cool for about 10 minutes. Run a sharp knife around the edge of the pan and then invert the cake onto your serving plate.

tartar cream ဆိုတာ ဘယ္လိုဟာလဲဟင္.. ဘယ္လို၀ယ္ရမလဲဟင္..Cold Storageမွာ ၀ယ္လို့ရလားဟင္.. ေနာက္ျပီး Cookie Pressက ဘယ္မွာ၀ယ္တာလဲဟင္..Thanks in advance naw..

ညီမေရ cookies press က ရပ္ကြက္က Hardware ပစၥည္းေရာင္းတဲ႔ဆိုင္ေလးေတြမွာလည္းရပါတယ္။ အဲဒီမွာ မုန္႔ဖုတ္တဲ႔ခြက္ေလးေတြဘာေတြ ေရာင္းတဲ႔အတန္းမွာရွိပါတယ္။
