This delicious recipe is from one of my blogger friends and a big thank to her for sharing such a yummy recipe. Really love it. The detail steps are written in her blog (but in Burmese) . Since this dish is so so nice, I shall translate it into English for our non Burmese friends.

Ingredients.
  • 8 chicken wings
  • 1 Tbsp of Oyster sauce
  • 1 Tbsp of dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 2 teaspoon of seasoning powder (chicken flavour)
  • 2 teaspoon of salt

Remove the bone from wings (carefully not to tear out the skin) and marinate with above ingredients. Set it aside.

Now we are going to prepare the ingredients to stuff inside.
  • 4 Tbsp of minced chicken meat.
  • 1 Tbsp of minced Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
  • 1 medium size carrot (minced)
  • 2 Tbsp of corn
  • 2 Tbsp of mince green bean
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp of all purpose flour
  • 1/2 egg (beaten)
  • 2 teaspoon of seasoning powder (chicken flavour)
  • 1 Tbsp of Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Mix all the ingredients and stuff inside the chicken wings. About 2 Tbsp per wing. Then steam it for about 10mins. Coat with bread crumb and pan fry them till golden brown. Arrange them on serving plate.

We are going to prepare the sauce now.
  • 1 Tbsp of minced Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp of cooking oil
  • 1 Tbsp of Oyster sauce
  • salt to adjust
  • 1 Cup of water
  • 1 Tbsp of corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar

Heat up oil in pan. Fry ginger and garlic for about 2-3 mins. Add in the rest of the ingredients (except corn flour) and leave it to boil. Let the corn flour dissolve in a table spoon of water and add it in as well. Let the gravy thicken a little bit and it's now ready. Pour the gravy onto the wings (in serving plate) and that's done. Very delicious and this definitely is a keeper for me.
