Chocolate Cheese Layer Cake


ကိတ္မုန္႔ အညိုပဲစားတဲ႔ အေဖ႔အတြက္ စမ္းလုပ္ၾကည္႔ထားတဲ႔ Chocolate cheese ကိတ္ပါ။ ထင္ထားတာထက္ပိုၿပီး စားလုိ႔ေကာင္းေနလုိ႔ လုပ္ရၾကိဳးနပ္သြားပါတယ္။ ေခ်ာကလက္အရသာနဲ႔ cheese အရသာဆိမ္႔ဆိမ္႔ေလးတဲြထားတာ ဘာနဲ႔မွမတူပါဘူး။ လုပ္နည္းကေတာ႔ တၿခား Food blogger တစ္ေယာက္ဆီက ရထားတာပါ။

လုပ္နည္း
  • Cream Cheese 150g
  • Sugar 25g
  • 1 Egg

အဲဒါေတြအားလံုးကို သမေအာင္ေရာေမႊထားလုိက္ပါ

Choco Batter အတြက္
  • Butter 100g
  • Sugar 80g
  • Flour 80g
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp of Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp of milk

  1. ဂ်ဳံ၊ ပြေဆး နဲ႔ ကိုကိုး မွဳန္႔ကို စကာ ခ်ထားပါ
  2. သၾကားနဲ႔ ေထာပတ္ကို ပြေအာင္ေမႊပါ
  3. ၾကက္ဥကို တစ္လံုးခ်င္းစီ သမေအာင္ ထည္႔ေမႊေပးပါ။
  4. ဂ်ံဳ နဲ႔ ႏို႔ကို သၾကားေထာပတ္အေရာထဲ ထဲ႔ေမႊေပးပါ။
  5. ၿပီးရင္ မုန္႔ဖုတ္မယ္႔ ခြက္ထဲကို ေခ်ာကလက္ တစ္လႊာ၊ Cheese တစ္လႊြာထည္႔ၿပီး ၁၇၀ ဒီဂရီမွာ ၄၀-၄၅ မိနစ္ ဖုတ္ေပးပါ။
  6. ေအးသြားရင္ စိတ္ၾကိဳက္လွီးၿပီး အသင္႔သံုးေဆာင္ႏိုင္ပါၿပီ

sis... I try to bake this cake today. But it didn't go well as I expected. Maybe next time it'll be fine. In choco batter, do you forget to write egg, sis? Thank you for sharing :)

Hi Rose, I think I forgot to write the qty of eggs that I 've used. So sorry about that. I will check my recipe book and update it again once I get back home.

8"x3.5". If you're in Sg, you can get it from Daiso/ Cold storage or other bake ware shop
